Choose the perfect plan
Our maintenance plans come in three different levels, offering you the opportunity to choose a service plan that fits your needs.
Frequently asked questions
Your operating system is the software that enables your computer to function. The majority of computers we service run Microsoft Windows or macOS.
Operating systems are regularly updated by their developer (Microsoft, Apple). Your computer can be configured to install updates automatically or manually.
Sometimes an OS update can cause unintended problems — such as creating a conflict with software which causes it to stop working.
For this reason, many businesses trust us to install updates for them in order to avoid disruption to their operation.
When we enroll a computer in our maintenance plan, we install custom system monitoring software that can alert us to potential hardware failure on the machine — like a hard drive breakdown that could result in data loss.
This allows us to take proactive actions before you experience a problem, thus eliminating headaches and downtime for your business.
We use and recommend Bitdefender anti-virus software to all of our customers whether or not they are on one of our maintenance plans.
Our monitoring system has been customized to work specifically with Bitdefender, therefore we cannot use our monitoring system with another anti-virus software.
We can still offer the other features included with our maintenance plans.
Our system checks verify a multitude of process that take place behind the scenes of your operating system.
We make sure that these processes are functioning as intended and we watch for signs that a process did not execute properly, which could lead to problems with your machine.
Our system checks can also warn us if a computer is reaching its maximum storage capacity or if someone entered an incorrect password to gain access to the machine.
Basically our system checks ensure that your computer is operating efficiently, properly, and securely.
Our remote support service allows us to remotely access your machine to address a problem without having to physically come to you.
This does not give us the ability to access your machine at any time — you have full control of initiating the remote session and then terminating the remote session.
Remote sessions are automatically terminated once we close (or if you close) the support window on your computer.
On-site support includes the cost of labor and the cost of our usual on-site service fee.
On-site support must be purchased for the specific computer or device that we work on during the on-site call. It is not a blanket coverage for all possible on-site service.
The cost of hardware or software is not included with any of our support plans and will be invoiced outside of the service completed for a maintenance agreement.
