I can’t thank the owner enough for their kindness. Today we accidentally got dropped off at the wrong location and ended up in front of this store. When the owner realized what had happened, they didn’t hesitate to personally drive us all the way home. This wasn’t something they had to do, but they chose to help complete strangers out of pure kindness. In a world where people are often too busy to stop, this act meant so much to us. I went to Ferguson Computers a little over a year and a half ago (sorry for how long it took for me to leave a review!) when I was having trouble trying to put together a desktop computer for the first time, and seriously stressed about it. They finished putting everything together flawlessly without issue, and for a reasonable price too - everyone from the store that I talked to was perfectly friendly along the way. I'm still very happy with how my PC is doing today and can absolutely recommend them if you're having computer related issues.

Look no more for one stop purchase & repair. Owners Robbie & Christine are phenomenal. My first purchase 4 years ago for a website, has been well maintained by Christine. My computer went kerplunk and Robbie guided me with patience to my new Dell Oplti-plex 3070 - now I have so much more desk space. And knowing that if something goes wrong, he can maintain my computer hardware so I'm not without. And my last shoutout to Jacob, who painstakingly led me by the hand and fixed my old computer, took out many trojans and bugs I could not possibly remove. I'm convinced that having a yearly checkup to remove the spyware is just part of what we need to do defer daily cyber attacks. seriously, the best repair shop. We had a broken laptop screen, took it in there on a Monday, got it back fixed on Wednesday! this time frame is even more amazing, because they had to order the part! they have very reasonable rates and are straight forward. After listening to our wants and needs, Robbie recommended just what we needed. After it arrived his support staff, Barrett and Jacob, went to work converting all the files and installing some much needed updates. I can't thank them enough for their patience and professionalism.
