Had an issue with wiring leds on a newer mobo. They fixed it IMMEDIATELY and took all of two minutes. Also extremely helpful regarding looking into future upgraded builds. I DEFINITELY recommend. Polite, and to the point.

Super friendly and helpful service! I purchased a new printer and couldn't get it to agree with my Wi-Fi and laptop. Barret handled it like a pro! I was having some problems with my computer, so I brought it in and they were very approachable easy to talk to, overall nice people. They were honest and told me exactly what they thought was wrong with it and guided me down the right path to take to fix it. The price was in my opinion was very reasonable and fair. I would recommend if you have any problems with your computer or laptop, take it to them.

I have been having problems with my computer for over a year now. Have had three different people to look at it and telling me it was fine. It kept freezing up and would run so slow that I would just shut it off. My son told me to take it to Ferguson Computers. So before throwing it out in the garage I thought I would give them a try. The best decision ever.The nicest young man named Barrett looked at it and said it was ready to crash. I got it back today and it is running like a dream. Thank you Barrett for getting it up and running. They definitely are 5 ⭐.

I built my own pc and had some problems with it immediately. So I took it to Best Buy, which I thought would be the safe and reliable route... I asked for them to do a few things, all they did was replace the parts I brought (Did not check one of the parts they were supposed to before replacing it) and then gave me the PC back with plenty of problems. The staff wasn't very friendly and the guy who repaired it was obviously annoyed when I asked him some quick questions about it.Then I brought my PC to Fergusons. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions and explained everything thoroughly. They called to update me throughout the process and finished everything very quickly. When I got the PC back, they had done everything I asked for and then some! They really looked out for me and I walked out of there paying at least half of what I would have anywhere else, I would have happily paid more for what they did. I won't be taking any of my tech anywhere else other than here in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We needed a new computer for our business so some of our employees could be more mobile. Christine asked us what we would be using the computer for, several questions about our storage and speed needs and was quickly able to show us the perfect option. It was so nice not to have to research and figure it out while navigating a unhelpful big box store. I had a 2017 laptop (yes 2017) that had my music, pictures videos etc. It wouldn't turn on last week. The motherboard failed. I purchased a new external hard drive and they was able to save the data and transfer it over for me. Which I thought was lost forever. I am very grateful and appreciate their service. I had a whole home mesh system that was only 2 years old but had never worked very well. I started a new work-from-home job this week so, of course, my mesh system completely crashed. I called Ferguson Computers because I was desperate to get our internet signal boosted throughout our home. Robbie came out the same day and brought equipment with him. Within an hour, we had a brand new mesh system and we’ve had solid signal throughout our home ever since. The equipment is fantastic and the price was better than expected. Wish I had called them two years ago! They will continue to be our go-to service provider for all things IT related. Thank you for your help! Best place for all your computer needs with a family atmosphere of honesty and professionalism that you just don't get from national stores that are only worried about sales. I've called and just ask a random question about internet services or anything about an old computer that wasn't going to make them anything and they always take the time to educate you and answer your questions until you have the information you need. Ferguson will get all my business from now on and my recommendations for others as well.
Very kind, professional, and fast! They were honest about prices and even got me a new (refurbished) charger for 25! I dropped off my laptop tuesday and picked it up wednesday and it is running better than when I bought it!

Absolute best experience I have ever had with a computer repair company. I took in my new build after I got frustrated with it and Julianna absolutely rocked it in rebuilding it for me. Ferguson Computers repaired a laptop for me. They discovered the memory chip in it was incorrect and installed the correct memory. It is working great! They will definitely be getting my business in the future. 😊 They are friendly and easy to understand.
Robbie is such a wonderful person! He treats you like family and he's genuinely concerned about you and how to get your issue fixed! I will not go any place else! Took it to Ferguson, they diagnosed the issue, kept me apprised of the progress and got it fixed more quickly than I anticipated. I was pleasantly surprised with how very knowledgeable AND friendly everyone was. I'll definitely be going back as needed! 😄

I took an old laptop to see what the cost would be to upgrade it. After looking at the laptop I purchased a new laptop and saved money. They are very helpful and gave me lots of helpful hints for all of my needs. I would highly recommend using them for any of your computer needs!

I was in immediate need of a fan for the instrument cluster in my truck (custom modified touchscreen laptop). Although they didn't have any in stock I could buy, and would have had to order one,they were kind enough to give me an old spare they had laying around, free of charge, it didn't last very long, (that just tells me they're not frivolously replacing parts that don't need replacement) but it got me where I was going. My old (2009) computer died and Ferguson's was able to put me into a refurbished computer that was compatible with my OLD monitor and OLD printer while saving and transferring all my documents and pictures to the new computer. This was a lifesaver for me! I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and expert service I received, and the price for all this was extremely reasonable.
