I have been having problems with my computer for over a year now. Have had three different people to look at it and telling me it was fine. It kept freezing up and would run so slow that I would just shut it off. My son told me to take it to Ferguson Computers. So before throwing it out in the garage I thought I would give them a try. I built my own pc and had some problems with it immediately. So I took it to Best Buy, which I thought would be the safe and reliable route... I asked for them to do a few things, all they did was replace the parts I brought (Did not check one of the parts they were supposed to before replacing it) and then gave me the PC back with plenty of problems. The staff wasn't very friendly and the guy who repaired it was obviously annoyed when I asked him some quick questions about it.Then I brought my PC to Fergusons. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions and explained everything thoroughly. They called to update me throughout the process and finished everything very quickly. When I got the PC back, they had done everything I asked for and then some! They really looked out for me and I walked out of there paying at least half of what I would have anywhere else, I would have happily paid more for what they did. I won't be taking any of my tech anywhere else other than here in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had a whole home mesh system that was only 2 years old but had never worked very well. I started a new work-from-home job this week so, of course, my mesh system completely crashed. I called Ferguson Computers because I was desperate to get our internet signal boosted throughout our home. Robbie came out the same day and brought equipment with him. Within an hour, we had a brand new mesh system and we’ve had solid signal throughout our home ever since. The equipment is fantastic and the price was better than expected.
