We review the TOS with the customer before signing in case they have any questions or want to decline services. We used our tools and knowledge to test your hardware and officially diagnose the cause of the issues you were experiencing. Very friendly and helpful, needed a small screw for my daughter's computer and they gave me one free of charge.

I was having some problems with my computer, so I brought it in and they were very approachable easy to talk to, overall nice people. They were honest and told me exactly what they thought was wrong with it and guided me down the right path to take to fix it. The price was in my opinion was very reasonable and fair. I would recommend if you have any problems with your computer or laptop, take it to them.

I built my own pc and had some problems with it immediately. So I took it to Best Buy, which I thought would be the safe and reliable route... I asked for them to do a few things, all they did was replace the parts I brought (Did not check one of the parts they were supposed to before replacing it) and then gave me the PC back with plenty of problems. The staff wasn't very friendly and the guy who repaired it was obviously annoyed when I asked him some quick questions about it.Then I brought my PC to Fergusons. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, happy to answer any questions and explained everything thoroughly. They called to update me throughout the process and finished everything very quickly. When I got the PC back, they had done everything I asked for and then some! They really looked out for me and I walked out of there paying at least half of what I would have anywhere else, I would have happily paid more for what they did. I won't be taking any of my tech anywhere else other than here in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We needed a new computer for our business so some of our employees could be more mobile. Christine asked us what we would be using the computer for, several questions about our storage and speed needs and was quickly able to show us the perfect option. It was so nice not to have to research and figure it out while navigating a unhelpful big box store. Christine updated and prepped the laptop for us and our employees were up and running the next day. They LOVE their new mobile option and we LOVE Ferguson Computers!

I had a 2017 laptop (yes 2017) that had my music, pictures videos etc. It wouldn't turn on last week. The motherboard failed. I purchased a new external hard drive and they was able to save the data and transfer it over for me. Which I thought was lost forever. I am very grateful and appreciate their service. Thank you very much. Five stars. Highly recommend.

Absolute best experience I have ever had with a computer repair company. I took in my new build after I got frustrated with it and Julianna absolutely rocked it in rebuilding it for me. It is so quiet, efficient, and fast - and the video game graphics are no joke either! I love that I'm no longer losing frames in PVP games. Robbie is such a wonderful person! He treats you like family and he's genuinely concerned about you and how to get your issue fixed! I will not go any place else! I had purchased a high end desktop that was out of warranty from the company I worked for and -- as these things go -- the power supply went bad. Took it to Ferguson, they diagnosed the issue, kept me apprised of the progress and got it fixed more quickly than I anticipated. I was pleasantly surprised with how very knowledgeable AND friendly everyone was. I'll definitely be going back as needed!

I took an old laptop to see what the cost would be to upgrade it. After looking at the laptop I purchased a new laptop and saved money. They are very helpful and gave me lots of helpful hints for all of my needs. I would highly recommend using them for any of your computer needs!
