Diligent Health is an insurance provider in Bowling Green, KY that offers coverage for both individuals and businesses. The company had no web presence before they approached us to create one, so our team at Ferguson Computers set out to design and develop a website that would give Diligent Health the professional look they desired.
Our Solution
The project began with an extensive discovery period where we researched their target audience, competitors, and goals. We then developed a layout that made sense from an end-user experience perspective. We wanted to make sure visitors could easily find information about each product offered by Diligent Health as well as access a lead form if they wanted to contact the company.
Our designers crafted a unique look for Diligent Health’s website that was modern yet timeless, capturing the essence of their business while still being easily recognizable online. From there we built out the website on WordPress so it was mobile responsive and used SEO best practices throughout all aspects of development.
To ensure high-quality user experience, we implemented user testing methods at every step of the design process. This enabled us to identify issues early on and provide solutions accordingly before the launch of the website.
Additionally, our team was responsible for creating content that accurately conveyed information about each insurance product the company offers, while being optimized for search engine visibility (SEO).
Overall, our project planning was efficient and successful – from research to design to launch – resulting in a professional yet user-friendly website that accurately reflects Diligent Health’s identity and purpose.
